Purchases, Shipping and Returns
Ordering Options
All Products on this website are Subject to Availability.
Purchases can be made Online by our 100% Secure 128 Bit SSL Encryption via Paypal. None of your credit card information is stored on our server. We have three levels of security to protect your information.
To make a Purchase by Telephone, simply call us Toll Free at 1-888-508-8419 during business hours which are Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (EST) and we will process your order once payment is confirmed. Should you reach our Message Center, we may be busy processing Customer Orders. Please leave a detailed message with your Name and Telephone Number and we will return your call.
To Purchase by Fax, simply provide the Quantity, Product, Product Size or other Options, Also please provide your Name, Address(Billing and Shipping), Telephone Number, Email, Credit Card Type, Credit Card Name, Credit Card Number, Expiry date and CVV Number(3 or 4 digit number on rear of card). Fax the information to 1-905-426-5132 and we will process your order once payment is confirmed.
For all of the Purchase Options you will receive a Confirmation Email once your payment is confirmed and your order is being processed.
Customs Charges and Taxes
Customers are responsible for all Customs Charges, Brokerage Fees and Applicable Taxes for products purchased from another country and delivered to their country of residence. EOutdoorSupply.com takes no responsibility for these additional charges above the original cost and shipping of a product.
Shipping Policy
We cannot ship to PO Boxes for tracking reasons.
Unless otherwise noted, UPS will be used.
Please be sure to provide an accurate address before we ship the order.
Invalid addresses may be subject to a $15 fee.
Returns Policy
Customers have thirty (14) days from date of purchase in which to return Merchandise.
A Restocking Fee of 15% of the product cost will be applied
Refunds will NOT be given if any of the products are opened or used
Merchandise Returns must comply with the Policies listed below.
You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number before returning any merchandise.
You can request an RMA number by emailing us at office@eoutdoorsupply.com with the Name the product was ordered under, Date product was purchased, Order Number, Product SKU, Product Description, Reason for Return, and if it is a Replacement or a Credit.
Once you have provided EOutdoorSupply.com with all the appropriate information, we will contact you with an assigned RMA number.
Return Shipment Policies
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs
Some products may be subject to a Restocking Fee
DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
Defective product(s) must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials
All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your account will be billed accordingly.
The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
Returns must be shipped freight prepaid and the tracking number forwarded to office@eoutdoorsupply.com. Products received freight collect, without an RMA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of at least $25, or 15% per unit, will be billed to your account.
Credits are based on purchase price or current price, whichever is lowest.
Damaged Merchandise
This DOA Policy does not cover any physical damage that your product may incur in transit. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, follow these instructions:
Note any damages on the receipt.
Refuse the shipment (if possible) so that it is returned to Supplier for freight claim processing.
For partially damaged shipments or concealed damage, note damage on receipt and refuse damaged item if possible.
If damaged item is accepted via UPS/Fed Ex, contact office@eoutdoorsupply.com for freight claim; if via truck/LTL, the receiver is responsible to place the claim with the carrier within 10 calendar days of receipt.
Damage claims are the responsibility of the consignee. The shipping cartons, packing and content should be retained in the same condition as received. |
